New Digital Drainage System
Using less than a half a kilowatt
of energy, a dedicated mini vacuum pump is precisely regulated
to deliver the exact level of vacuum needed in each lo-vac unit
on the fourdrinier table. There are no control valves at all in
the Hogenkamp system. No big inefficient centrifugal blower. No
crude pneumatic controls. The operator has merely to punch in
the desired vacuum level on the convenient touch-screen display.
A ceramic level sensor provides constant feedback to the PLC
which adjusts the mini vacuum pump speed to create the optimum
suction on every drainage element. Absolute precision with no
wasted energy. |
